Surface Tee's

Allot of people ask where I get the Surface apparel made and the process involved in making shirts. While I try to explain the best I can to the people who ask, words do not really justify the work and effort gone into making a shirt. My process may be a different approach then most, but I feel this is the best way it can be done. I have a good friend, Drew Petrie, who owns a clothing company, Zoris Apparel. You can check these guys out at ZorisApparel.com. The whole arrangement begins with a hefty order of blank high quality tee's, they are then loaded into some 9800 and 9900 Ogio travel bags. I then lug these monsters to the airport and off to California. Once in CA we then go to designing the tee and selecting the mesh screen for design. Once the details are worked out we head over to get the screen burned with our new image. Then we are off to a never ending process, well, at least it feel that way. Since my current designs are pretty basic, these jobs don't get too elaborate, just take tons of work.

Well, lets start with the work shop, kinda killer isn't it! [ left over lunch on the table]
